There are no random workouts or exercises at Move Strong. Each class is focused on moving toward a very specific and targeted outcome. This is why Move Strong is shockingly effective.

Progressive Programming

Our programming brings athlete level training to everyday people. Our goal is progress, so our programming evolves with you every 4 weeks. This is why all of our students see continued progress and never plateau.

At Move Strong, we tackle progress with purpose from every angle.
While the current model of fitness focuses solely on training your muscles, we target the muscles along with joints and connective tissues. This means a stronger, more athletic and injury resilient body for you!

What Are Progressions?

Progressions are different variations or levels of difficulty for movements. When training at Move Strong, we will work towards addressing your specific deficiencies and help select the right progression for your current capabilities.

Our qualified coaches are here to ensure you are working and progressing at the appropriate levels of our programming.

Qualified Coaching

Unlike elsewhere in the fitness industry, coaching at Move Strong isn't simply a matter of 'job openings' or applications. All of our coaches begins as students, before going through a specialized certification before becoming a Move Strong coach. This is the reason why our coaches are so passionate about the human condition and care to see you grow.

Highest Qualifications

At Move Strong, our coaching qualifications are higher than the highest requirements in most gyms.

Classes sizes are capped in order to ensure all students receive an appropriate amount of guidance and correction.

We have classes available early mornings as well as throughout the day and evenings too. Although most of our members enjoy coming at one specific time, you can mix it up as all of our class times follow the same programming.
