Davor has a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Masters from the University of Waterloo and is a respected authority in the sports nutrition industry.
Davor is a Certified FRC® Mobility Specialist (FRCms), FRSC® Functional Range Strength Coach, a qualified and certified practitioner of Biomechanical
Assessment, has his Mastery of Program Design and Neurotransmitter Based Program Design certifications
through Charles Poliquin’s Strength Sensei Organization and is also a certified Advanced Sports and Exercise Nutritional Advisor.
Deidre has an innate desire to help people step into their best self. As an athlete with 10+ years experience in the health and fitness industry, she has coached and helped to change the lives of both men and women of all ages through one on one training, group fitness and nutrition coaching.
You’ll find Coach Dee teaching evening Move Strong Classes and Joint Level Up. As well as coaching nutrition through The HOP90 (Hormone Optimization Protocol).

Deidre has a Bachelors in Kinesiology from Western University where she focused on athletic therapy and nutrition. She specializes in Gut & Hormone Health, Clinical Weight Loss, PCOS, Fertility Nutrition and Pre-/Post-Natal fitness!
She is certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) as well as the Canadian Society of Exercise Physiologists (CSEP).
Carol Ann has a love for physical movement and health optimization. She has worked as a Personal Trainer, Group Fitness Instructor, Police Officer, and Registered Nurse.
Carol Ann is passionate about empowering adults and youth through mobility and strength training, while also imparting the necessary knowledge to make lifelong healthy lifestyle choices.

Melissa has a passion for helping people see what is possible for them and encouraging them to think BIGGER - to push them farther than they think they can go.
The human body and movement have always been a fascination for her. Melissa found hot yoga in her twenties. She loved the shapes, the sweat, what it did for the body, and how it made her feel.
Wanting to learn more about the practice, she completed a Yoga Teacher Training in 2020 and it led her to uncover her passion for mobility.
This journey led her to Move Strong. The experience she had training there and the 'why' behind it all had her hooked, not to mention the strength and mobility that she gained during this time. She believes so passionately in the Move Strong philosophy she had to be a part of it.
